What is the Gym Benefit?

The lifestyle benefit enables employees to pay for their favourite lifestyle subscription such as Headspace, Babbel and Spotify through salary sacrifice and save 8-40% in the process.

How does it work?

Employees give up part of their salary in return for a lifestyle subscription. As the employer, you pay for it upfront and deduct the cost over 12 months from their gross pay. This is exactly how the cycle-to-work scheme works, (credit options are available if you don’t want to pay upfront).

Employees on the basic rate of tax save 8% on the product, via an N saving. Combined with a discount supplier, the employee is saving between 8-40%.
