This privacy policy explains how Tendr Limited (“Tendr”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and otherwise processes personal data in connection with the use of:

• The Tendr Mobile App version 5 (which was last updated on 27 January 2026) mobile application software (“App”) by employees;
• The Employer Hub (e.g. intermediaryname.jointendr.com/hub or app.intermediarydomain.com/hub) by employer HR/admin teams; and
• The Partner Hub (e.g. intermediaryname.jointendr.com/partner or app.intermediarydomain.com/partner) by intermediaries/brokers,
• The Broker Hub (e.g. intermediaryname.jointendr.com/broker or app.intermediarydomain.com/broker) by intermediaries/brokers,

(together, the “Platform”), and

• Any of our services that are accessible through the App (”Services”), unless such Services state that a separate or additional privacy notice applies to a particular Service, in which case only that privacy notice applies.

This Platform is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data directly from children. However, we may process limited personal data relating to children where employees, employers or intermediaries submit dependent enrolment requests (e.g. a child’s first name, last name and date of birth) in connection with insurance or benefit policies.

1. Important information and who we are

For the purposes of the Tendr Platform (App, Employer Hub, Partner Hub and Broker Hub):

• Employees (App users):
  • Where your employer or their appointed intermediary provides your data to Tendr, your employer remains the controller and Tendr acts as a processor or sub-processor.
  • Where you personally provide additional data directly into the App that has not already been provided by your employer or intermediary (for example, a home delivery address, mobile number or dependent details you enter yourself), Tendr acts as the controller of that data.
• Employers (Employer Hub users): When you access and manage employee data through the Employer Hub, your organisation is the controller of that data. Tendr acts as a processor on your organisation’s behalf.
• Intermediaries (Partner and/or Broker Hub users): By default, where you configure employer accounts or manage employee data through the Partner and/or Broker Hub, the relevant employer is the controller, you act as a processor, and Tendr acts as a sub-processor.

However, in certain contexts, intermediaries may also act as independent or joint controllers, for example where an intermediary:

• white-labels the Tendr Platform and determines which features to enable or disable for its client base,
• runs its own reporting or analytics not strictly on the employer’s instruction, or
